To order artwork from Synopticart, simply contact us via e-mail indicating the name of the masterpiece you intend to buy. We will confirm your order by e-mail.

Payment for the purchase of artwork can be made through bank transfer to the following details:

Shipping Information.

We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping charges varies from continents to continents. The cost is also influenced by weight and size of the work. We recommend all of our customers to opt for shipping insurance option – which normally 2% of value of the goods.

Customs Charges.

Depending on the country of origin and final destination, some orders may be subject to customs or import duties. Please note that customs or import charges are paid by the buyer at destination.

For US customers all orders under $800 is tax free. For UK and EU customers, you may be subject to additional VAT of around 20%. For all other customers, please refer to your own country specific laws. Item ships from France.


Packing Information.

Original oil painting on canvas is shipped stretched in frame and packed in corrugated cardboard box with heavy duty outer liner. If the client specifies that the canvas is taken off from its frame, we will carefully roll the canvas under air bubble wrap. We use hard paper tube to provide maximum protection.

Sculpture, painting on wood or brass is sent in a corrugated cardboard box with heavy duty outer liner.

Fine art print will be shipped flat in heavy duty corrugated cardboard box.


Our Guarantee

1. What if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation?

All damaged goods should be returned to SynopticArt immediately. It is recommended that customers send us a note to inform the damage incident within 3 days upon receiving the goods. SynopticArt will reimbuse to customer 100% of insurance claims.


2. What if the is damaged during shipment?

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the state of damaged product when it actually arrives, SynopticArt offers full refund to the customer. The artwork should be returned to SynopticArt in original condition. Options of cash refund or artwork replacement can be worked out between customer and the artist.
